Jan and Kevin did a tremendous job helping my family member sell her condo, receiving multiple offers and selling for over the list price! I cannot speak highly enough of Madison Realty Group.
This was my first experience selling a home. A home that belonged to my father. Needless to say I had reservations on selling it and filled lots of emotions. Not to mention I knew absolutely nothing about selling a house.
Kevin and Jan were exceptionally kind, patient, knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs. I appreciated their expertise as I had an abundance of questions which were always promptly answered.
