I contacted State Farm by suggestion of someone else. I've never worked with State farm and was a bit worried of the "corporate" feel, however, I've been pleasantly surprised at the personable experience I've had so far. Ms. Morgan Leggett is absolutely amazing. She has called and text me during my busy schedule, never pressured at all. I am always greeted by name! My multi- policy premium is not much more than what I was paying for a single car policy with another company. Overall, I am highly satisfied with customer service and cost effectiveness, of this branch. I cant thank you enough for making this process much simpler for us!

Long time USAA customer here and just made the switch over to State Farm—and have had such an amazing experience doing such.
