I had my home on the market for five months with a smattering of showings. One day in January 2023 I received a call from Talon asking if I was still interested in selling my home and that he saw it was off the market. What the…? My “agent” at the time let the listing expire and didn’t even know! After a short long conversation he was off putting together a presentation to show me how he can sell my house. A presentation? That’s a thing agents can do? Fast forward through the boring presentation that blew my mind and after a bit of upkeep, the previous “agent” did absolutely no prep or staging of the house and it looked abandoned, my house went back on the market on a Friday. Saturday, the next day, there were over eight showings and I had two offers! By Monday I was under contract with a buyer. I didn’t know this was possible. I’m still partly convinced he bought it himself somehow. I could have sold my house 6 months prior had I hired him back then. If you want to sell your house and like talking to people that speak uncharacteristically fast for a southern Talon is the one for you!

Some of the most professional realtors I've ever met. Highly motivated, honest, and hard working. Though I ended up buying out of the area they serve I would not hesitate to recommend them.
