I have had such a wonderful experience with Shelley and Sabrina. They are super responsive and I never worry about anything with my insurance, my claims, or anything. I've been with Shelley for my auto insurance for years. She has always been quick to respond to any issue I'm having, and holds my hand through the entire experience. For example, when a rock cracked a large hole in my windshield, she told me where to go to get it fixed at no cost to me, and then checked in after to make sure everything went okay. My partner had an issue with Progressive adding a stranger (the person who purchased his former home) to his policy and hiking his rate way up. Of course I immediately suggested cancelling Progressive and calling Shelley's office. Within minutes of taking that advice, he was all set up for a much more reasonable price, and and added sense of security. I HIGHLY recommend having your insurance policy through the office of Shelley Milburn. She and Sabrina consistently go above and beyond in every way. They care, and in today's confusing world that makes a huge difference. ❤️
