Just to get your physical address changed is most exasperating. It now has taken 3 phone calls to have it changed and it is still not changed in the insurance system. And the dental insurance company they use is United Dental which is the WORST insurance company ever!!

Given the runaround in search for a refund from this company. Contacted United healthcare and they directed me back to Pearce. Contacted Pierce and they had to contact United healthcare. Wait time was over 90 days for a small refund. Only after asking for a supervisor, did i get results.
