Met with Julie today for renewal of my Medicare advantage insurance. She is very professional, knowledgeable & attentive to your concerns and insurance needs. She is so willing to explain all benefits of the plans you have interest in and well explains the pros of each one over the others. She doesn’t rush you into a decision and doesn’t try to push you into a plan, you are fully the decision maker. Mrs Julie and Mrs Angie were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me with my insurance and they are both very friendly. They are both great at their job and they care for each and every person that they work with. They let me know that I wasn’t going to be responsible for any premiums and that I would be able to get my medication at a lower cost. I would highly recommend these two ladies to all my veteran friends and to anyone who needs a little extra help with their insurance.
