I would place zero stars if possible. We filed a claim for damage to our home, thinking it was from all of the rain in September. We found out it was actually from a broken pipe. The claim was denied, and that is fine, but they refuse to change the wording from rainwater flooding to water from a broken pipe. Now the value of my home is lowered to potential buyers because it looks like we flood. A simple change of wording is the right thing to do, but they are unwilling to do that, stating that "i filed the claim saying it was rainwater, so that is what they are sticking with"...I'm not an expert, I have admitted i was wrong on my initial thought and yet they will not change it. They literally did nothing, but have been happy to collect my payment for the last few decades. DO NOT USE JANA LAKR

When I was notified that Brianna Howell was going to do an inspection on the outside of my rental home, I was not concerned neither did I question it. When I received her report that the roof needed to be replaced, I immediately contacted a great roofing company. It was then I learned that not only was the roof needed immediate attention. Because of State Farm's professional services, the roof was completed on the afternoon before a tremendous downpour, preventing my rental property from any internal water damage. I appreciate State Farm Insurance and the professionalism of the staff.

Went in today to get my car insured and Mrs. Lake herself helped me. She walked me through it all and and was so nice and helpful. I was on my lunch break so she made sure i was in and out. The girl at the front desk was super nice too!

I have dealt with Jana Lake State Farm and have always received the best customer care. I was somewhat concerned when Peggy left because she always took good care of us, but I an say she left us in good hands. The staff is ALWAYS kind in assisting me with any potential issues. I recall my father having an issue where his home owners insurance was being credited to the wrong policy as well and we received cancellation notice, but that was immediately taken care. They apologized and we didn't have any further problems after this. I would definitely recommend my friends to this agency.
