On a scale of 1 to 10, Century Finance is at least a 15!!! Truly a quick, fluent painless and professional process! Head and shoulders above the competition. If you're considering it, run, don't walk and ask for Kaylee or Shaquira.......they're the BEST!!!!

Even when my cosigner defaulted on their own loan, and my potential loan was being considered for denial, they reasonably looked at my own track record with them, we well as the fact that I personally made sure their 1st loan didn't default any further.... and they STILL continue to this day to do fair business with me. Definitely recommend 10/10 but I do wish they sent out reminders prior to allowing a bill to reach overdue status, rather than just calling AFTER a due date. It's not always but it's not consistent. Maybe my info wasn't up to date at the time. Just something I noticed. Doing business with them >15 years off and on.

I recently got into a car accident. So I called the Raleigh location to see if I would be prequalified for a loan. A woman answered the phone and she asked me to tell her my name so she could pull up my previous account (I had two loans that had been paid off in full from the century finance in Louisburg, NC) She told me that I had to apply to the Louisburg branch because of where I lived. So I told the woman that I had a bad experience at the Louisburg location because they lost my car title, so I asked could they just try the application through Raleigh. The woman informs me that she’s Jessica (the woman I dealt with in Louisburg) and that it wasn’t her fault that I never received my title. And she became very argumentative with me over talking me, threatening to hang up the phone which she has done before. To tell the back story about my car title situation I got a secured loan through century finance years ago and I used my car as collateral they were listed as the 2nd lien holders because my car at the time hadn’t been paid off yet. I paid my century finance bill off 2 years prior to me paying off my car. So century finance should have released my title electronically like they did my fiancé car when he paid off his loan. However for some reason they did not do it. So when it came time to mail me my title it went to Century Finance TWO YEARS AFTER I HAD PAID THEM OFF because they were still listed as lien holders. Century finance claimed they mailed it however I never saw it and I never saw that original title. They never even told me they had the title I had to call around looking for it and then that’s when they claimed that they had mailed it. I had to go to the DMV and pay for another title and wait even longer for a new one to come. So that is why I didn’t go to Louisburg this time because they dropped the ball. Not only did they drop the ball they took accountability for nothing. Blaming it on the mail people etc but I NEVER had a package or letter that was supposed to come and I just didn’t receive it like I experienced with my car title. So I told Jessica that people go through things and that she didn’t have to get an attitude and talk all over me threatening to hang up the phone as if I did something to her. When all I did was try to avoid her entirely and just go through a different branch. Terrible customer service skills, and I would not recommend them because when I tried to talk to Ron he isn’t really listening to anything I’m saying. I wasn’t mad about the title today. That car is totaled now. I was upset with how Jessica spoke to me when I was already going through a stressful situation. A ounce of kindness goes a long way.
