I met Jen at an open house for one of her listings. The house wasn't right for me but I connected with Jen and she helped me find and buy my new house. We looked at a lot of houses and she helped critique each one, helping me see the pros and cons, and finally settle on the one that was right for me. Jen and her team guided and supported me all through the process, which was new to me. She evaluated the comps to help me make a fair offer and negotiated a great deal on my behalf. Jen was always available to answer my questions and respond to any of my requests. Her professionalism and knowledge of real estate are stellar. Buying - or selling - a home can be a stressful experience and Jen's expertise and involvement minimized the stress and maximized the pleasure of finding the right home. As a bonus, she has an incredible decorating eye and gave me great tips! If I sell or purchase another home I will ask Jen to represent me! Jennifer Eckert was one of several real estate agents we had tried over the years but she was the first one to actually get the job done. I have thought of why this was and although I think we were better positioned to finally buy a house after many failed attempts Jen had something extra. She knows this market better than anyone else we worked with and she has a fabulous team that gave us confidence in making an offer. Our negotiation was a bit difficult and she kept it within our range to offer and kept us from losing our minds. Her connections gave us the people to finance the purchase, inspect the home and provide services after the purchase to make the new home work for us. Jen helped me buy my first home. She came recommended by a colleague of mine, as he was also having difficulties closing with his former agent. Turns out, Jen has also helped another person I know close on their first home too. I was looking for a house during one of the toughest market conditions for buyers in decades. That, combined with my pickiness and cold feet, made me a very challenging client. The first time I spoke with Jen, I felt impressed and reassured, as she has exactly the right temperament and personality that makes me feel comfortable working with her. It took 3 or 4 years for me to finally get into a house, and I believe she is the only person who could have stuck with me as long as she did. As I write this review, I'm sitting in my dream home that I never thought I'd ever afford or find. That is all because of Jen. She listened to my needs from a home, and she held my hand through this process I knew NOTHING about, and not only made sure that I didn't waste my time on houses that would never be IT, but she also made sure I felt safe all along the way. Jen made sure we pulled out when a deal was starting to look sketch and made sure all communication between myself and my eventual seller (and their broker) happened in a timely manner.
