Beth is an awesome Realtor. We were moving from Washington State to Arkansas. Every house that we wanted information on she provided the information. When we wanted to "see" a house we did a Facetime viewing. Once we found a house, she went out of her way to make sure we had all the information, and provided us with the resources to get the utilities turned on. If I were to buy another house in Arkansas again, I would use Beth Crockett. And on top of that, she has become a friend. I would and have already recommended her to other family and friends.

Beth is great great realtor. She is very responsive and professional. She took the responsibility seriously and paid attention to what I said. She made sure all my concerns were taken care of before closing. For example, one appliance was delayed due to nationwide back-ordered. She accepted my suggestion and convinced the supplier to upgrade the model and saved about 10 days. During the closing, she went through my closing documents and made sure all the charges were accurate and reasonable. Her attitude gave me a deep impression. I have some experience in real estate transactions but to be honest I never met an agent who will pay attention to buyer's CDs: 1, It is not their money, who cares?; 2, Reviewing a CD is not their scope of work. But Beth is an excellent realtor who will walk extra miles to give you maximum protection. I will definitely choose Beth again should I have more opportunities in the future.
