Saved our family vacation!
Jamie's Automotive was a lifesaver when our Sienna developed a loud engine clicking noise during our trip to Maggie Valley. Jamie tackled the complex repair in that tight engine compartment and worked past 10pm to get us back on the road the same day! He even shuttled my family around when we were stranded without transportation (no rentals or rideshares available in the area). What could've ruined our vacation was just a minor hiccup thanks to Jamie's skills and incredible customer service. Highly recommend to anyone with car trouble in the area! Thank you, Jamie!

Jamie’s was great! We had an engine problem on I-40 and couldn’t continue. Our insurance company had the car towed to Jamie’s Automotive around 6pm. They diagnosed it, got parts and installed them before leaving. This was after closing time! The owner delivered our car to the motel, 2 miles away, on his way home! Super service. We made it home with no problems today. Reliably repaired.

Jamie was a total lifesaver and took care of my vehicle on his typical day off while I was on vacation. Quick diagnosis and thorough, same-day service so my trip wasn’t a complete bust. Pricing was fair and I left a happy customer when he could have easily charged extra for weekend work to someone coming from out of town. If 6 stars was an option, he’d get the extra one from me!

In checking on some of my reviews and I’ll drop another for Jamie and his guys. They are true gentleman. Just because of the way they handled me and the family’s situation on vacation fairly. Jamie could have really overcharged us and didn’t even think about it. Any emergency I have in the are with my vehicles I’ll call Jamie’s first.

Absolutely saved us! We were halfway home from a vacation in gaitlinburg, hours from home, when our check engine light started flashing. Not only were they still open at 7 on a holiday weekend, but they were able to diagnose and fix our coil pack and get us back on the road within 30 minutes! Thank yall!

In town over holiday weekend and had a power steering leak on a Saturday night. Jamie not only called me back on a Saturday evening, but he was able to work me in for the repair on Monday. He and his team worked late to finish my repair so I could get home- price was fair and the work seems to be done well. I’d recommend for all your automotive repairs.

We were up for vacation and started having brake trouble on a Thursday. Not something you look forward to on vacation. Called and stopped by several shops and got “Tuesday, two weeks from now, three weeks.” We were in a real bind.

Then I called Jamie’s, and he listened and let me explain the situation. He told me to be there at three, and he'd knock another car back to help us.

Pricing: he could have taken advantage of us. He didn't. He had us out for less than we’d pay at home for similar service.

Rotors turned, and pads replaced. Out the door in a little under two hours after a part mixup. We were extremely satisfied.
