After devastating Hurricane Helena destroyed our community and damaged our home, we learned from Kelly that our Home Owner’s policy was cancelled due to a shortage of payment from our Mortgage company. We received an email from Blake Henson stating our account was short 55.84 and therefore, they (Auto Owner’s Insurance) cancelled our policy. My husband has been a customer and had this policy for 26 years. They sent the cancellation notice to a former PO Box number we no longer had. Many more details to this story. Yet, this agency did not care about our loyal business or the devastation we were experiencing. I believe this is important information the public must know before choosing an agent to represent your most valuable purchase.

I asked a lot of questions since I had just moved here from FL. Some items that are included automatically in FL are not included automatically in NC. Those items were explained to me and I ADDED them to my policy because it’s worth It to me having that extra protection. Eva was very helpful and courteous.
