Rhonda is by far the most thorough and persistant Realtor I and/or my family have ever worked with. Her slogan, "Lets Get Real" sums up her character perfectly because she is just that...REAL. Buying a home/property is one of, if not THE, biggest decisions a person can make in their lifetime and I am so glad to have had (and will have in the future!) her by my side during the process. She is professional, and I know that I can trust that she will be upfront and honest about anything I am concerned with. If she isnt 100% sure on something, she will find out and keep me informed every step of the way. I have learned so much about Real Estate as I can count on her to explain everything to me in detail. We have extensive experience working with realtors and working with Rhonda by fare has been most pleasant experience. Amount of time she spent with us driving around looking at rural land , her always positive attitude made us feel welcomed every time we came back to NC. Rhonda did extensive research on each property prior to viewing which helped us to save a lot of time sifting through things like easements, electricity situation, road maintenance, zoning, tapo maps etc. We finally closed on perfect 14.2 acres and it has been a very smooth transaction thanks to our amazing realtor..Highly recommend Real Mountain Properties.
