Rene, Jamie, and Linda were the most honest and helpful realty group I experienced when looking to move to NY. I had less than a week to find place and they made it happen in 2 days! They were clear about all the recent laws passed to protect tenants and gave me the best deal I could find in my most favorable unit. Over the summer I decided to move - I typically stick with no fee and finding an apartment on my own. Through street easy, I found a nice apartment and contacted the agent (it was the agent's exclusive so no choice!). I met Linda at her office and she jumped us in her car to the apartment and saw how quickly I didn't like it. Rather than (as most do) saying good luck, Linda took me to a handful of other apartments and helped me to navigate the area as I moved from Harlem to Sunnyside (and I knew nothing about Sunnyside!).

Linda even showed me an apartment she knew would be available and I really liked the place. She made the paperwork super easy, is always available, and is still a great contact for neighborhood needs. She made sure the apartment was cleaned and painted and helped walk me through all the ins and outs of the place.

I can't say enough that I really dislike using a broker and paying the fee. Linda was very reasonable with the fee, and I actually felt that she worked for the fee (again, big firm brokers just want and get the fee using exclusive listings, but Linda took the time (as a very local broker firm) to make sure i was taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone looking in the queens area - she even showed me some co-ops, but didn’t feel ready to do that (she was helpful in starting to help me think about it though) and if I choose to go that route I will use her!
