Not only is she she sweetest, most genuine broker I have ever worked with, but she also listened to everything I wanted and got me the best deal. She responded to every message immediately and made the rental process seamless. While touring apartments we ran into some of her old clients on the street (she continues to work exclusively with some of the building in the area) and they were so happy to see her. I had a very UNPLEASANT experience dealing with this agency. The agent, Brooke, was extremely unprofessional. She took us to an apartment and did not walk us around it or explain anything about the lease terms. When we wanted to start the application process and asked her questions about the fees and process, she was rude, condescending and at times, combative. She offered the apartment to us at a lower rent and broker’s fee than was advertised and then when we told her we wanted to apply, she rescinded it. With so many real estate brokers in NYC, I would strongly suggest using another agency.
