At first i really believed the broker was trying to help me. I was approved very quickly...i paid a deposit to the broker..i even paid for a guarantor policy. When it came time to sign the lease.. that's when the breakdown started.. it was rescheduled.. then the day i was to meet the owners..i was told they no longer wanted to rent to me...devastated isn't the word...i was packing..i literally cried. When i asked for my money back.. she gave me half.. but to get the other half back i had to keep asking her.. then i read the reviews and i told her i know what you are up to... and she responded that she was apalled by my accusations.. but guess what.. she gave me my money back but not b4 telling me that she got the owners to meet with me again.. who knows if that was true. I pray the owners aren't in on this...

They have a “good faith” deposit requirement which they say you have to pay, after which they take the property off the market so the landlord only reviews your application. Yeah - I learnt the hard way. I paid the amount and the apartment went to someone else. They claimed our applications came in a few hours apart - how convenient. They are supposed to return the money in 48 - 72hours but went silent on me and only paid after I notified them I’d take legal action. Part of the response after they finally paid it back was that “Katrina and I don’t need your refund to go shopping lol” - Gabriela Falquez. Use this review as you wish in your apartment search.
