This place is horrible , they say something and do something else you have to go to them 100 times to solve the problem. They are very unprofessional even if you call them they put you on hold for a long time and eventually hangs up. Everyone works on their own time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO GO HERE!!!! Thank me later

Very unprofessional
They made my friend wait for his wav plates over months and then they messed up his paperwork and start giving him hardtime to get insurance
They never pick you the call nor gave any reply back

This is the best insurance brokerage out there!! They sell almost any kind of insurance you’re looking for and are very helpful, kind, professional and courteous. Everyone really does go out of their way to make the customer happy. I love this place and the people that work there.

Worst insurance place ever. I’ve been calling for a refund and they bounce me around to other “workers” and make me wait for 1 hr. They say they would call me back and nothing. Stay away from here. They are so unprofessional, the person who was supposed to work on my file went on lunch !!!! And sent me to another agent.

Trust me they are worst broker for TLC insurance they charge me for 800$ per month for whole year now I feel very comfortable with other broker they are scam you if you are new in this industry..
