Why 2 stars you ask and now 1 or 5? well lets start with what I did wrong I missed a payment and due to that the insurance company canceled the insurance completely. I have missed a payment before and they worked with me to try and fix it. I called Navarro Brokerage to try and fix the problem and they told me it was too late to pay and my insurance will be canceled. Now for what they did wrong; when I asked what is the next step they told me I had to return my plates and re-apply for insurance. They gave me the WRONG information without really listening to my problem and because of that I return them I had to reapply for brand new plates (almost losing $2000) and I had to reapply for insurance. I was a complete fool for thinking they knew what they we're doing. When I went to another insurance place they helped me fix the situation and even got me a lower monthly rating. Yes when I first started with them they was kind but some where along the line they got lost and forgot all about customer service. I hope they read this and learn from this.
