I can't recommend Anthony enough. He will explain and answer any questions you have about the loan and purchase process. He provided guidance during my first time purchase that I never expected. It was clear to me that Anthony knew lending inside and out. We got everything ready to close before the 30 day contact date easily, which made it less stressful. The process is intimating and overwhelming but Anthony made it a lot easier! Highly recommend his service!

I used The Brokerage on a recent re-fi and Anthony was fantastic. This was the 3rd loan we've done with him and we're likely to always use The Brokerage. Anthony was monitoring fluctuations in costs and rates and suggested we pull out of 1 loan on the day we were scheduled to sign docs. It allowed us to get a better rate which will save us thousands. Anthony was very responsive and guided me through a recent loan process. When the lender ask for additional documents, he made sure he was on top of it and nudge them forward when the process hit snags.
