Michael has always treated my family and I with the up most respect. I've been going to Michael for 7yrs this will make my 8th year filing with them. They always make sure that the taxs or bookkeeping they do for you are done right and the clint likes the out come. Ive never waited more then 2 weeks for my returns. They will also call you as soon as your check or deposit is clear, And yes they are in Concord but the drive is so worth it, i should know i live in Lowell and if Allison Bookkeeping and Taxes every move i will drive to where ever they are in NC.

I have Been going to Allison bookkeeping for 6 years I’ve recently switched to see Mike. This year with Covid we weren’t allow to go in the office. Which I knew Something was going to be messed up. I got a letter in the mail about a month ago saying there was a miscalculation and it was a large amount that was miss calculated. So I call Mike and he told me it was what I wrote down for the stimulus checks that he wrote exactly what I wrote so basically blaming me. So I called the office and they sent me the letter we had to fill out when dropping the taxes off. And Sure enough he was wrong I wrote Exactly want we got and he wrote it wrong on our taxes. So I call him back and his reply was NOT SORRY... it was ooo well at least you know exactly what your getting now. I wanted to say so much but I told him he basically screwed us Bc it now has to be reviewed and it could take 10 extra weeks. And his response was is there anything else I can Help you with. Not one time did he ever say sorry or even acknowledge he made the mistake. I filed My taxes in early Feb and I have yet to see them. We called the IRS and the lady told us it has to go through a whole Nother process because it was miss calculated. I understand mistakes happen but all I was Looking for was a sorry for blaming you. So if you go here I would Highly recommend checking the work before spending it off.
