We are very upset with this company. They did not do our personal or business taxes correctly. My husband picked them up and paid them. After careful review we identified many errors. Unfortunately causing a delay and then we went to a certified accountant. This cost an increased amount of money and she has supplied us with a letter to pursue reimbursement. Calling them today for a refund. If things dont go well we will pursue small claims. Be aware!

I needed an amendment for my 2021 taxes and dropped the paperwork off 5 months ago. I've called several times saying I had 6 months to get this filed and paid or I would receive a penalty. On the last day to file this, I called again and I was told they couldn't help me. This resulted in a penalty of almost $2000.00. Now I have to find someone else to do it before the IRS garnishs our paychecks. Absolutely terrible service. 5 months without looking at the taxes!

Most of the time is good to find out if the business is trusted or not by reviewing the surveys online but forgot to that this time and now, I must pay the consequences. Most of the time is good to do a good job when asked to do it, but if you don’t want to do it just say No I can’t. Please be careful with these individuals that are you bringing the taxes to they are not a trustful business.

We have used Thomas Bookkeeping for 17 years. Our taxes are pretty complicated with deductions, self employment, etc. We were told she was the best there is when it comes to military tax deductions and she is! My husband just retired this year but Becky and her staff go above and beyond! Once we drop them off (as organized as possible because I like for it to be "together"), it has only ever taken about a week to get a call saying they're ready! Will ONLY use Thomas Bookkeeping!
