Would not recommend. I reached out to Jeff to let him know that I could no longer afford my insurance policy. He made it seem like everything was fine and then 2 weeks later my account was drafted for $211.00 which totally put my family in a hole! He did not inform at the time of cancelation that my card would still be charged! He was completely unprofessional when I expressed this to him! Would not recommend at all!!

Extremely Disappointed with State Farm – Would NOT Recommend

I have been a State Farm client for 8 years, and I am beyond frustrated with their handling of my claim. We've been dealing with a hail damage claim for over 2 years, and State Farm has not upheld their responsibility. Despite two reputable roofing companies confirming damage that should be covered by insurance, State Farm failed to send an actual agent to assess the damage. Instead, they sent an out-of-state third party who, unsurprisingly, denied the claim. It feels like this was a deliberate attempt to avoid paying out.

To make matters worse, State Farm offered to replace the metal roof on our detached garage for hail damage but claimed there was no hail damage on our shingled roof. Our shingles are from 2010 and have since been discontinued—repairing them is no longer an option, and State Farm is refusing to replace them. It’s incredibly disheartening to see how they've handled this.

We have been loyal clients for many years, but at this point, it’s clear that State Farm is more focused on protecting their own interests than taking care of their customers. We wish we could join a class action lawsuit, as this has been an ongoing battle with no resolution in sight. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They do not have their client's best interests at heart.

we had a total loss recently and without going into many details, our check was held for multiple days while they drug their feet getting it to us while paying out of pocket for a rental car because we had exceeded the rental coverage because it took that long to get the check to us. When we came in, no one spoke to us, asked if we were okay after a major accident, nothing. Just handed the check over. For this reason we cancelled our policy, had an official document of cancellation listing the last day of coverage being 10/9. Of course, like clockwork, we were billed another monthly premium the very next day and when we called to get the money back, State Farm corporate only refunded a small portion of the premium and told us the rest the local agent had to release and they would be in contact. We never got a call or communication and our money is still being held, for coverage we had already cancelled, and have official documentation that coverage ceased before the next billing cycle. this agent doesn't care about you whatsoever. If you want tone treated like a cash cow and just another number, instead of an actual person, definitely consider Jeff Rush for your insurance needs. Otherwise, stay away,
