Byrd Agency is beyond an excellent and efficiency Insurance Company. I could write a book about how Jessica worked endlessly to resolve a major auto insurance error with the state of NC. Without her dedicated and expertise knowledge, I don't know what I would have done. Thank you Jessica, always a pleasure to talk with you.

I had an awesome experience with a customer service agent named Jose. This person really represent The Byrd Insurance Agency for exactly what they say "Taki g care of our customer needs". I was on the phone with Jose off and on for 2 weeks because I had another agency I was trying to transfer from and I kept calling to make sure I was getting what I needed. Jose patiently walked me through and explained the different policy options I had with his agency. He gave me so much information that I was not aware of such as comparing different policies limits amount and the importance of being fully covered in the event of an accident. He is awesome!.I finally said I have to go with this agency. Jose went over and beyond his duty. His professional attitude, patience,expertise in his profession and all the insurance information he shared with me made me chose The Byrd Insurance Agency. Thanks again Jose for caring about the customer needs and making sure i was fully covered. You are awesome!
