Yesterday I needed to put insurance on my vehicle and Jeff was the guy who answered the phone and assisted me with my needs, he spent a good bit of time on the phone with me while I was getting information from my old policy with another company. When I finally decided to accept an offer from an underwriter Jeff was with me every step of the way. What made my experience personal was I was explaining to him how my life had changed with the up cost of rent and other expenses as a single person with one income. He listened, and it just became a real life conversation and it made me feel like someone really understood my needs seriously and was not just trying to make a commissions sale.

On October 1, 2020 I spoke with Mr. Jeff. I told him that I needed help with a situation that needed to be handled today. When I let him know what was occurring, he stepped in with full force and made it happen. Mr. Jeff made important calls to see what could be done, and requested me to send him some paperwork to make sure he had everything when he made the phone call. When he called me back everything was a success. Thanks to him and I appreciate everything he done for me. Awesome!! Job Well Done!!

Called in for a quote, the lady on the phone was very rude and over talking me. She goes on to yell at me saying if my son drives my car they won’t cover an accident by him getting insurance on his own. That’s not what I called in for and I didn’t appreciate her tone and nasty attitude. That alone will make me not want to do business with them or my family. And for the record he doesn’t drive my car smh as I stated previously! Your staff is rude I asked for a quote not to be yelled at and belittled.

My family and I used this company for about 16 years, till last year where one of the employees there open a policy on my name for someone else while I was on vacation and without my autorization, this same employee also cancel my parents policy’s without no ones saying and messed up my sister vin number so she was without insurance for a whole month! Needless to say that all of my family switch to Allstate, we used to love them but that was too many mistakes and we suppose to be covered and feel secure with our insurance! I still love Jeff tho! He is the best in that office and he has the best costumer service there is! We will miss him!
P.S. don’t use this place for insurance.

Very inexpensive and super friendly staff! They're really helpful even if they're not getting your business ( ONLY because they don't have an office in SC where I'm moving to) they still advised me of things whether it makes them money or not. You don't see customer service like that anymore!
