Real estate is weird. The biggest commitment you'll make outside of marriage or business. I have had amazing amounts of support from everyone in the office. It is like they are already your family. You know they're here to make money, but that doesn't matter, because they want to make sure you're happy in your home before they take your money. Even the related professionals they deal with want to make sure you're satisfied. It goes beyond profesional ethics. This team may not be rare but they'll make you happy you made the leap.

This is one of the best realtor companies I’ve ever dealt with. I leased my first home with them. They always have nice property listings. Customer service is amazing!

After my father died, I was grieving and turned to family (Jane Nguyen) to help with the painful process of selling his home. 2 weeks after he died, she locked us into a contract that gave her seller's agent fees for 9 months. I was devastated by the pain of my father's death and trusted her. In my opinion, she did not uphold her realtor duty to work in her client's (my) best interest. She insisted that a cash only offer, from a buyer she knew, was the best way to sell the house. She never revealed the buyer was her son. Is this ethical behavior? She served as buyer and seller's agent and kept both realtor fees. Early on, when I asked for a decrease of the seller's agent fee because she would need to do minimal marketing work, she refused. 4 months after the sale, the house flipped for a higher price. The one time she met me in person, I was cleaning out Dad's house, and she stuffed a rolling luggage with some of my dad's Buddhist books for free; she said each translation normally would cost $80. Check out the many 1 star reviews. It's strange how so many recent 5 star reviews are from just 1-2 months ago.

I am a real estate agent and have had two transactions with Alpha Realtors. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and efficiently they managed my clients' transactions. Very professional staff. Looking forward to working with them again.

It has been amazing to work with Alpha Realtors staffs. We bought our residential house through them before and came back to them with our invested house recently. We have them listed the house for rent and it got rented in less than a week. We had chances to work with all departments in their office. They all are super friendly and helpful. We definitely come back for more investment and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
Thank you so much!

They told me the security deposit was $500 then it jumped to $1000 then it jumped to $1500. The inspection for the apartment KEPT getting rescheduled for reasons I don’t even know. Now I’m being told I can’t get $900 back due to it being a sudden holding fee…..PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE

A couple years back, I was in the process of buying a house, and we were almost in the closing phase of the buying process. We requested to postpone the closing process due to weather (a hurricane) and Jane said she spoke with the seller and they were willing to postpone it. However, due to the miscommunication between her and the seller’s agent, we missed the closing date as the seller apparently was not aware of the change in the closing date, causing us to lose both the house and the earnest money we put for the house.
