I have never been so impressed with a bank like First Bank! Adam was my banker and was so unbelievably helpful. He introduced me to the manager the assistant manager, and like I said I am very impressed with this bank. Adam even called social security for me which is Way Beyond what any other bank would do I believe and when you call the bank you get a live person, you don't have to go through any prompts! I can't say enough about this thing.

I have been a customer with First Bank since 1986. I’ve had mortgages, checking, savings, commercial loans and lockboxes. I love the personal hometown banking experience they provide. Kannapolis branch has treated me like family. Cannot say enough how courteous and welcoming every time I walk in the door. They recently suggested and helped me with a cash back credit card that has helped my business tremendously.

If I could give more Star's I would. I contacted this Branch in regards to a possible Business Loan. I am a new upcoming Entrepreneur and doing it all alone where I need some guidance. The Fist Banker i spoken too was very friendly and also attempted to assist me but suggested to speak to the Manager. I was forwarded to Mrs. Ann, this Manager needs a very high praise, she was so helpful in so many ways that she doesn't even know. Even at this time we cannot do anything in regards of getting a Business Loan (due to me being a brand new Business), she has given so much knowledge and also attempted to get more information for me and even referred me somewhere else. I just wanted to say that I wished that there were many more individuals just like Mrs. Ann she is a one of a kind women and i appreciate her very much. Do to her being such a pleasure I will come back and hopefully do some type of Business. Great personality, great individual and great Customer Service. Thank you so much Mrs. Ann.

Incredible support with all my banking needs. I can actually call my local branch and speak directly with their staff, try that with one of the big box banks!! At Local First Bank you are a person, not just an account number!!

I've been cashing my company check at this location for 7 years almost but as of recently it has became a problem to cash it since I don't have a account with the bank. It was never a problem before but somehow it is now with the new banker faces, she's slightly snobbish and definitely seems to think I'm stealing I guess. I go the branch in Mooresville with no problem but this change of faces at the Kannapolis branch is definitely a mistake in customer service. This is the second time she acted as if I was stealing the check with silly questions and zero brain power.

I love banking with First Bank! Nothing beats a small town feel and being able to pick up the phone and call a real, knowledgeable person, not a 1-800 number. Never had any issues with this branch or the staff!
