Absolutely worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Charged me for insurance even though I had provided it, and weeks later when they said something was wrong with how they wanted the form, my insurance co worked to get it corrected. It took months to get this issue resolved. During the process, they tried telling my insurance company “she doesn’t really deserve the refund” which must’ve been why they refused to be helpful. My insurance provider told the woman that this issue wasn’t my fault, as it was a mistake done by the insurance company, and that I definitely should have a refund for what I should never have been charged in the first place. After she backed me up, the bank proceeded to change employees helping me, so I had to explain everything over and over again. On top of that, at the end of this process, they would said “we never received the email” (regarding what would resolve this fee that they wrongfully charged me) which wasn’t true. I also received a letter in the mail saying something along the lines of how irresponsible I am to let this happen and how I should take care of my obligations.

Overall, horrible customer service. Poor communication skills. Disrespectful. And for the woman to think the insurance company who was fixing this issue would talk nonsense about me with her was childish.

This bank steals money from you! They claim they hold $25 to open the account and then steal the money when you close the account. They also do a hard credit pull for simple checking accounts, unlike all other banks and credit unions. Avoid them unless you want to seriously hurt your credit have money stolen from you

Absolutely the worst place to keep your money. they steal from you with fraudulent overdraft fees and wrongful billing.. when you have a transactions that is fraudulent and want to stop payment they let the transaction go through and email you a form to fill out and it takes months to get your money back.. Also if you loose your bank card or cancel it you will have to wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement card

Reviews are fake. They will refund you overdraft fees but it takes up to 2 weeks to deposit a check.Also, most representatives, and some managers will give you false information to cover themselves up. Cannot wait to cancel the account.

Was highly disappointed with the treatment of my spouse during here visit to this branch on May 31st 2023.
The team leads displayed microaggression and were very dismissive to her needs. She was not given an opportunity to be heard and told several times by a manger "they do not know" rather than attempting to find answers to her question. This is such a shameful display of customer service.
