My girlfriend and I recently bought a property through Compass working with Rachel. Rachel was FANTASTIC! We know of Rachel as she has supported some of our friends in the past who raved about her. We are just over happy with everything Rachel has done for us.

From the moment we first met to start the house buying process to the moment we closed and more, Rachel has been amazing. She made everything so so easy, took on, owned and managed all the tricky parts of the process, communications between the lender and sellers and took a huge weight of our shoulders.

Rachel was extremely professional and was absolutely wonderful to work with. The Compass portal to support us with our house search was great and included all the details we needed to set up viewings and more.

ive been to some open houses for these newly built homes, and it looks like you guys quite litterally cut costs at every corner. how it a brand new home looks like its been lived in by multiple different families? or better yet how is it the floors are uneven and there are cracks in the walls and baseboards already. did you guys buy wood that was already rotted? surely that would cheaper. sad what real estate in Nashville has come to, yet i have no doubt you guys will get your moneys worth when the rich out of towners keep piling in and couldnt be bothered to pay for a home inspection, its all about location location location after all !
