I use to love banking with CCCU, but it seems as if this bank has gone down. The workers are rude, no one returns your calls, they pass you along to the next person and your issues go unresolved.

This used to be a great Credit Union. Since 2020 it has gone totally down hill! I have paid off 3 loans and a car and NEVER had one late payment, yet they now will not work with me on anything!! They are rude, absolutely NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and make you feel very unvalued as a member!! I feel like they do not want my business and they will lose it soon!

I've used them for about 9 years bought 4 or 5 cars and trucks with them but now when your trying to buy something you might get a call back once a week and rarely answer emails or return calls as soon as I finish paying off the loan I have now I'll be going somewhere else.. they need to bring Tess back

The digital banking here sucks. A rep has to rest password. They should keep up with technology. And we should be able to reset our own password. Because they don't open on Saturday

Fast friendly customer service. Every time I have gone to the bank I have always gotten great customer service. Glad they finally opened the inside backup and you don't no longer have to use the drive-through all the time
