This was our first Jackson-Hewitt experience. We knew our taxes would require professional assistance as we had sold our home and relocated during the tax year. Additionally, we had purchased a new hybrid automobile which met criteria for 2022 year tax credit. My wife and I were apprehensive because of prior tax prep experiences that didn’t end well. Stephanie at the Bay Minette Office took us through the process like a seasoned pro!!! She meticulously prepared state taxes for us (two states) and our federal as well. When challenged with questions about our out of state taxes, she not only diligently utilized her resources to get an answer; but to get the right answer! Great job Stephanie. We will certainly be returning customers.
