Stars Insurance Group has consistently failed to provide adequate customer service. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they are virtually unreachable. A simple request to change my payment method took over 6 months to address, and even then, there was no guarantee of resolution.

My sister had an even worse experience when the agency neglected to provide necessary information to the insurance company, resulting in the cancellation of her policy. Shockingly, they didn't even notice or attempt to rectify the situation until it was too late. As a result, she was driving uninsured for a month without any awareness of the issue.

Fortunately, these unfortunate incidents led us to find a new insurance agent who is proactive and efficient. It's a stark contrast to Stars Insurance Group, and we've since found better deals and peace of mind. My advice: steer clear of Stars Insurance Group if you value reliable service and peace of mind.

Not sure how the agency works in general, but the commercial representative Tatiana is the worst there. I could never reach her! The simple things that usually take no more than 10 min, for me was taking weeks, just because I couldn't work directly with progressive having agency involved. Tatiana makes changes to the policy without getting agreed with me and then I get an additional charge for the policy or the policy cancelation. When I say "I did not give a permission to make changes to the policy", Tatiana said in Russian "Vali na kosogo" which means "Make it seem you do not know what it comes from! This is not serious at all! Save your time and nerves do NOT even start working with them!!!

The worst experience ever! I am trying to reach them for 3 more weeks with simple question. I am calling 3 times per day they always busy and telling me “we will call you back”, nobody did! I left a lot of voice messages, they even blocked my cell phone number because when I call back it good strict to voice mail. Within a minute I called from my mother’s cell phone number and this is “miracle” someone responds me… instead of apologize about their behavior they said “send us email” 🤬😡
Please do not waist your time to call or go there. These people don’t know what costumer service means
