Lot was empty on a Monday at 4pm. Seated quickly at a booth in the main central seating area, host was cordial. The area was clean, bathrooms had tp pieces on the floor. The party rooms look tired, dark and dated. Our server was quick, knowledgeable, and got our drinks going quickly. The appetizers (bruschetta, boneless wings, and cheddar cubes) were excellent! The chicken sandwich was dry without much flavor. The crust on the gluten free pizza could not be consumed as it was rock hard. The thin crust pizza had little flavor except for the butter crust, which was cut but not actually. I had to tear the pizza apart, instead of using the spatula to scoop the slices. The desserts were excellent and put smiles on everyone's faces.

First and foremost, I called in my order (instead of using the app like I usually do) on Super Bowl Sunday, which was a very busy day. A gentleman named "Worthy" answered the phone, and I must say, he was incredibly pleasant. I know Lou's employees work hard and aim to please, but Worthy went above and beyond.

When I went to pick up my order, I was once again greeted by Worthy. He made sure my experience was smooth, and my order was perfect. His kindness and attention to detail made all the difference, even during such a hectic time.

Thank you, Worthy, for your exceptional service! You truly made my day.

Oh, and our pizza, wings and combo platter were on point. Great job, all.

Interesting restaurant in easy locale. The staff was amazing and strive to please us. Sadly, neither of us loved the pizza. It was ok, but not delicious. We couldn't decide if it was the crust or not, but something was not appealing to our taste buds.

Visiting Crystal Lake and my Father in law recommended Lou's and we are glad he did. Ordered carryout, Chicago deep dish and a crispy thin crust. Both were amazing. The place was super busy and our order was a little late so they gave us a free dessert. Would definitely share this gem with anyone looking for Chicago style pizza and great service.

Had a slight mixup with our pizza. The kitchen made a cheese pizza instead of a Lou’s classic. The manager came out to explain that they would make our pizza and we could bring the cheese home and they comped the entire pizza order, the Lou’s classic we ate as well as the cheese pizza we took home.

The food sucked. We had 5 adults and spent 130.00 on three pizzas and ankle appetizer and we only had one piece of pizza and took the rest home and even just threw it out. I understand their is new management but they also changed the ingredients and not anything like the Schaumburg location as far as taste. Also I thought the deep dish pizza that the sausage patti is to be under the cheese and sauce which it was on top

We went there last 12/8/24 around 12pm for lunch. I could say we had a terrible experience waiting for the food. It took an hour to serve 2 deep dishes of pizza, where the other pizza is still cold inside.
Kids' orders were also served at the same time with the pizzas (1 hr of waiting). Everybody was starving and had no apology heard from the staff.
It also took time, like 15 minutes, to get the bill. I will not come back here for sure!. I'll go back with G.
