I am beyond frustrated with Farmers Insurance. After paying my policy in full, they scammed me out of $726.48I was told everything was covered, but then I received an unexpected charge that wasn’t explained. When I reached out to their customer service representative (scott and liecha , they were unhelpful and didn’t offer any solutions. I’ve never been more disappointed with an insurance company. Stay away from Farmers—this feels like a complete scam!

Rachel was very helpful here at Scott Johnson Farmers Insurance in 3rd Lake Illinois. She saved us a lot of money on our homeowners renewal for 2024! She also follows up well, when she says she is going to. We switch to this insurance from State Farm and Scott save us a lot 3 years ago. Always there to answer questions.

I've had Farmers Insurance with Scott for quite a few years now and I have to say he is very proactive and professional. I've had a few claims, both home and auto, and Farmers and Scott have resolved all issues with any incidents. On the proactive side, Scott has contacted me with information about better products and services. I generally never hear from an agent once he/she has my policy. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone seeking a new policy or renewing one.

Out of the blue, Scott called to tell me that he could get us the SAME home insurance coverage at about 1/2 the price & asked if I would be interested.
I compared coverage, assuming it to be too good to be true. Happily it WAS the same coverage. Of course we changed.
Again recently, he noticed that we still had one of our sons listed on our policy as a Named Driver, long after he had moved our & married. Scott fixed that saving us 15% on our auto policy.
I doubt that Flo would have done that for us!
