They took my car from my driveway the driver back the tow truck in and hooked up my car and pulled it out of my driveway okay no big deal but it was still in Park with no keys in it for it to be put in neutral driver never got out of the tow truck the whole time while pulling it out of my driveway because the brakes were locked it scraped my driveway I currently still have marks in my driveway. Upon getting it out of my driveway the driver literally pretty much dropped it in the middle of the road just so he could turn around and hook it up from the front and then just sped of here again not once did the driver ever get out of his truck I mean if he would have came to my door and asked me for a key and let me know what was going on then maybe I'll be okay with it now I fear there is damage to my front end of my vehicle from being pulled and scraped without the brakes being released. Upon speaking to my finance company I told them what had happened and that I have video proof of it from my security cameras they told me and that was very unprofessional and they should be held accountable for it and if any damage they should fix it but reading the other reviews I don't think that's going to happen I haven't went to get my car yet cuz it's by appointment only and when I called to set it up I got nowhere nobody answered so now I have to call back again and try to get it scheduled so I can pick up my vehicle and to see if there is any damage I'm going to be irate if there is if things turn out good I will change my rating but based on the other reviews I don't think that's going to happen!!!

Arranged a date for pickup. They came weeks early with no notification or opportunity to get items out! The worst company ever!!! I'll be reporting to BBB and the Attorny General for not taking vechicle before agreed upon date without notice!! Horrible company with horrible people!!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would 💯 my car was on this lot for 3 weeks ! I got my car engine wouldn’t start when I stopped at a gas station near by. They had to come give me a jump I was just 3 blocks away from this place. While I was driving home my left and right signal lights were out. I notified one of the people at customer service about it he stated I go take my car to get checked out. I did turn out rodent urine was on my engine and the repair shop had to replace a few fuse boxes the rodent from the lot got to. Last but not least I reached out to file claim and nobody was able to get in contact with me I called another company they work with the was no help !

Very unreasonable people. They took my father’s vehicle without any notification. LEAVING my father with STAGE 4 cancer without his needed survival medication. If they simply notified and asked like a normal human would, the keys would have been handed over with no hesitation. NO HUMAN DECENCY what so ever. Pure DISGUST. A job is a job but there’s laws to notify someone for such stuff.

One of their drivers ran me off the road twice this morning and ran another car off the road while passing them and almost hit other cars in the oncoming lane. When this driver hurts or kills someone driving wrecklessly at 90 in a 55, the company has been made aware and doesn't care enough to even return my call.

Went to pick up my car from there today... Missing money that was in my center console, missing a magnetic dash mount and a few other items. Told that, conveniently those items were not inventoried.. said they would check cameras, but not sure what good that will do. Also was told I was at a loss and should just file a report. Also noticed a clunking noise coming from the front end of my car when turning that was no present when taken.. Not happy with the already horrible situation I was in. If I could rate 0, I would.

Very great company. I had placed a vehicle with a few other companies in the area and none of them could recover it. This company stayed on top of the vehicle until it was recovered. They got the job done on a vehicle that had been eluding collections for a year.

Wasn’t happy about requiring their services but I must say they were professional. If anyone reading this is worried about their personal property in their vehicle, don’t. I had about $4,000 worth of tools in the trunk, wallet with cash in it and other valuables. Everything was inventoried and left exactly where I left it in the car. 5 stars for honesty.
