I was very fortunate that my daughter suggested I contact Allison when the idea of moving closer to the kids came up.
Allison was always able to accommodate my schedule, usually weekends , to look for the perfect one story house for us.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Allison and Janet. They are both experts in the Northshore market and combined make an all-star team. The market is so tight right now and we attribute our success finding our dream home to their support and guidance throughout the process. Having a team as opposed to a single agent proved to be a competitive advantage for us. In addition to their deep knowledge of the deal and negotiation process, they are super knowledgeable about construction and creative when it comes to thinking about renovations. It was helpful to walk through and riff on potential projects and get their input on estimated project costs. They are also just lovely people and we really enjoyed getting to know them throughout the process. We had such a great experience buying with Arrow Home Advisors that we are now working with their Chicago team to sell our condo. We don’t see ourselves moving anytime soon, but we would work with Allison and Janet again in a heartbeat.

Allison was incredible to work with! My husband and I were referred to her by friends and she did not disappoint. We were looking to move out of the city and into the suburbs and she helped us a lot to narrow down options and guide us toward what we wanted. We were looking at houses during a very slow period in the market, and I appreciated how honest she was. She would tell us if homes were not a fit and would remind us to be patient, that the right home would come along. And sure enough, it did! We just closed on our house and are so excited to be moving into our dream home! Allison is professional, has great customer service and negotiation skills and was a pleasure to work with!

Allison did not disappoint.
My wife and I recently sold our home in Deerfield and we needed to interview some Realtors as we did not know any local realtors. After the interviews we chose Allison and were so happy that we did! From the start of the project to finish Allison was professional, courteous and responsive. We talked about our strategy as our home was different than most and started viewings on the Thursday. By Saturday we had several offers and accepted one for 20% over the asking price!
