Where do I start? Holly Connors and team are the best team we could have hired! I'm not sure how she did it but Holly put together the most flexible off market deals for us on both ends of the transaction. We had just had twins (legit 1 week before making an offer on a new house) and our lives were crazy trying to adjust but Holly knew exactly what we were looking for, maybe more than we did, and she found it. Not only did she find it, she found it in our current neighborhood AND she had buyers already lined up for our house. This was the most seamless housing transaction I've ever done. I always trusted Holly and knew she was in our corner every step of the way to find the right house for our growing family and in the right neighborhood.

Holly was incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were looking (arlington heights) and she has a "guy" for everything! If you need anything Holly has your back.

My experience with Holly was really amazing. I met her in September 2022 to have her sell my home. From the day we met it was:

3 days: until the first showing
2 weeks: until I had a very solid offer
1 month: until it was 100% closed

Yes, really: ONE MONTH from start to close. Holly Kapsa Priestley is THE BEST! No, really: she worked with my wife and I while we were out of state, answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid, did many showings including one marathon Saturday where we saw 8 or 9 properties in a row, and cheered us on through a few strikeouts before helping us hit a home run and closing on the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. I'll be honest: I don't think I've EVER been as stressed out in my entire life as I was during the home buying process, but through it all Holly has been a source of cool, collected reasoning. She was our trusted advisor that helped us to navigate the sometimes choppy waters of an intense housing market during the spring and summer of 2021 into something that felt, more or less, like smooth sailing. We simply could not have done it without Holly. Additionally, every one of her referrals knocked it out of the park! The home inspector, mortgage lender, and legal team that she referred were all amazing and together with Holly at the helm made for a well-oiled machine. In fact, thanks to Holly we found a new lender that was significantly more responsive and easy to work with than our original lender, which is one of those things that helped to make the experience much less stressful. I also want to call out that Holly has a great eye for health and safety, which my wife and I really appreciated since we have four young children and our previous realtor never warned us about the issues with lead paint in our old 1915 home! With Holly, I had no such worries or concerns that we would once again find ourselves dealing with a massive headache or issue that could harm our children. We've been so grateful to work with Holly and we strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
