Heidi (Seagren) is a wonderful realtor to work with, for many reasons. First, she was extremely patient with my husband and me as we made the decision to sell our family home of over 30 years. It took us a few years to pull the trigger and during that time she took us to see many different townhomes, condos, homes, etc to help us with our down sizing decision.

Once the decision to sell was made, that was when Heidi truly shined! She was extremely helpful in creating a checklist of things to do to around the house so that it showed at its best, and she even had connections with many contractors, painters, etc that were willing to help us immediately. Before we knew it she had a photographer out at dusk to literally catch our house in the best light for our property, and we were on the market!

Heidi was very aggressive in her marketing, we had open houses almost every Sunday and her pricing of our house was so on the mark that we also had lots of viewings. Midweek we would get a call from Heidi with feedback from the Open Houses and from each realtor who brought a client through. Heidi was also responsive to every phone call, text, and question we had. This communication was key for my husband and me as it instilled confidence and understanding throughout the process.

Heidi was also a very pragmatic and smart negotiator with a good working relationship with many of the realtors in our community. We felt that she was able to negotiate a contract that met our goals and made us happy, and we successfully sold our house within a month. My husband and I would highly recommend working with Heidi, as she is extremely hard working, committed, smart, and very professional from start to finish!
