Lisa is an amazing realtor! I was very concerned if we could sell our home as interest rates were rising and we were in the midst of building a new home. However she made it happen for us in two day with many offers and most offering over asking price! She has a credible talent in marketing a home with amazing photography and professionalism and obtaining the best offer possible. I am so glad to see many positive reviews here. Hire Lisa. She worked so hard for us through two sales that fell through, many months and many hassles to the sale that was just right. She met with everyone, she responded with lightning speed, she was thoughtful, empathetic, knowledgable, kind, and tough. I could add another half dozen compliments. If you're looking for a place on the North Shore, look for a good agent, not a cheap price. Lisa is the best agent you could possibly find. We are not newbies, and without her, we would have been lost. Hire Lisa!

Lisa helped us buy our first home and we couldn't have been more pleased with her. She was very attentive and alerted us to issues we would have never thought to consider. She met with contractors to get quotes when we were unable because of work. She held our hands through the process and took us to see more homes than she likely cares to admit. I met Lisa at an open house sometime in late 2019. At the time my fiance and I were already working with a real estate agent but we definitely bonded with Lisa and she was incredibly informative. Months passed and we still weren't having much luck finding a house so we decided to give Lisa Finks a call. When we got in touch it was at the beginning of the novel Coronavirus which did nothing but make the house hunting process more difficult. However, Lisa was great! We would all mask up and meet at whatever houses that fit our criteria. Lisa was incredibly responsive and she made herself available for us whenever we found a house that we wanted to see. We definitely saw a handful of houses before stumbling across a new listing in Skokie. Lisa got us in immediately and I believe we were one of the first people to see the house. We loved it and put an offer in the same day we saw the house. Lisa had all the documents prepared within hours and our offer was in by the end of the day. Our offer ended up getting accepted and we closed on the house on July 1st, 2020. We couldn't have gotten this house without Lisa and the fact that she got this all done during a pandemic is all the more impressive. She has stayed in contact with us even after closing just to hear about how the house has worked out for us. Although we won't be moving again for quite sometime, Lisa will be the person I will call to help us find our next home! We can't thank her enough!

I wish goggle had a tab for Great quality and Great value because that is what you will get when working with Lisa!!!!
Her experience puts her leaps and bounds above the rest!!! We have worked with her on our rental properties as well as the selling of multiple properties during Covid times and she swiftly guided us through the sea of offers with her knowledge of the industry!!! She has excellent relationships with others in the business and makes every detail seem-less and easy.
I would highly recommend Lisa Finks and would definitely use her again!!!
