There really aren't words I can use to express enough the masterful work Paul did with us, our home sale and new buy and the closing process. From day one when we met Paul we were enamored with his knowledge of the industry, the homes we looked at and his caring nature and personality. When we had given up hope because of the solar panels we had on our home and negative responses we received from feedback during open houses, Paul continually gave us hope and inspired us to keep the faith. I’m not sure if words alone can justify how exceptional Paul has been in our home buying process. My family made the decision a little over a year back to relocate from out of state, to the Huntley school district. I stumbled upon Paul’s YouTube videos in my research of the Huntley/Algonquin area and was immediately taken by his upbeat personality and extensive knowledge of the area. I told my wife that I think we found our real estate broker! I reached out to Paul and upon speaking to him, knew immediately I had made the right choice. I explained to Paul that at the time, we were likely about a year out from relocating but were interested in potentially building a home in one of the new area developments. Paul accompanied my wife and I on visits with several area builders, pointing out aspects of each location that we should be aware of, both good and bad. His honesty meant the world to us and over the course of the next few months, he set up showings for us at a number of new and existing homes, including the new build we finally decided on. My wife was 8 months pregnant by the time we started going through the purchase process of our new home and living over 400 miles away, we weren’t always able to be present. Paul went above and beyond every step of the way and represented us at our home inspection and final walk though, all while in constant communication with my wife and I, providing us with the highest level of comfort possible at a time in our lives where we had a lot going on. We closed on our house remotely and Paul as he offered to keep a keen eye on our house until we were able to finally step foot into our home for the first time. Again, Paul went out of his way and repeatedly reached out to me when outside temperatures fell and on multiple occasions, went in and checked on our new home for us, with detailed inspections each time. Paul is not only a remarkable broker, he is also a remarkable person. He truly cares about us and continues to go above and beyond for us every step of the way. His unwavering support and top tier representation is unmatched.
