Taylor has helped us with several moves from renting to owning a condo to owning a home over the years and we are forever grateful! She has made each very stressful process so much easier. Taylor is truly dedicated to meeting the needs of each of her clients individually and has a true passion in real estate. She is always expanding her skills and knowledge base to better help her clients. We were always able to trust she had the most updated information throughout the process and was extremely flexible to our needs and helping us when unexpected hiccups did occur - always quick thinking on her feet! We never felt misleaded or guided toward an option that wasn’t right for us as a couple and our goals. Taylor helped us set goals and kept us on track when sometimes we were losing sight of our end goal. On the rare occasion Taylor wasn’t available, her team stepped in and was also wonderful! Taylor is exceptional at what she does and I could never recommend her enough!!

My boyfriend and I worked with Taylor to find our first home to rent together. Taylor sent us a ton of options and took time out of her weekend to show us 5 houses that we liked. Shortly after that we found the one and it was set and done that quickly. She is knowledgeable, honest, personable, and just over all amazing. 100% would recommend her and will returning to her when it’s time to buy a house!!

Kirsten was great to work with! I had a lot going on when selling my brothers home. After many calls from his boss and neighbors I visited him and found he had dementia and was surprised he was living alone with this awful disease. I had to move quickly to sell his house and dispose of all the stuff he had collected over many years and fly him out to live with me. He went from a house of full of stuff to one suit case within 2 weeks. Kirsten found me help from people she knew to get rid of his belongings and she helped me donate things to many different needy place that could use it.
She even helped me with a complicated situation with the buyers title company. His house sold the first day! I would definitely use her again and so should you.

I had an amazing experience working with my realtor, Rina Patel. She was quick to respond to whatever questions I had, and if she didn't have an answer, she would find the answer in a timely manner. She set up all my viewings and communicated to all the locations I was interested in. I didn't feel rushed nor pressured into just picking a location/spot, she was patient and supportive throughout the entire process. She helped me find my home and I would hands down recommend her to anyone looking for their new home!

Would not recommend, she allows buyers to back out for any reason. Has inspections without encouraging her buyers to drop off earnest money. Doesn't respond to sellers agent. The inspectors that she uses don't leave the houses the way in which they were found. Including taking down window treatments and leaving crawl spaces open. Does not follow best practices for buying and selling like common courtesy of responding to the other agent.

Taylor was so quick to respond about seeing houses and made sure we saw what we wanted. She took me and my husband seriously as a young home buyer, where other realtors dismissed us. She explained in detail about the offer process and answered questions as best as possible. Over all really great experience working with Taylor.
