If I could leave a zero I would!!! Cheap build and they don’t fix anything or get back to you. Have lived in our home for under two years and are already determining when to out it on the market because things keeping breaking. The neighborhood is such a disaster from their building the last homes that we are waiting until the neighborhood at least looks clean. The HOA is a joke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

During our time searching for our first home we came across many friendly professionals and beautiful homes. William Ryan caught our attention with their stunning floor plans and unique offerings. We loved the features and the ability to customize the floor plans. Not to mention the WRH team is superior. Thank you to Montana, Don, John and Dawn! You can tell they care about you during the process and well beyond. The warranty process is great with check-ins and consistent follow up. Special call out to Montana who has been a complete gem throughout the process and continues to be a key person as we get adjusted to being homeowners. We are very grateful to have someone like Montana throughout this process. She makes everything brighter and honestly seamless. One place I havent put a review! So let me add my two cents! I want to start with speaking about how AMAZING Montana is!! Honestly she is the reason I purchased a home at Savannah! She is kind, caring, professional and always on top of everything! The dream home building process has been a breeze because of her!! But I will not forget to mention Dawn in the design center and how knowledgeable she is and gives great advice when you get stuck in making a decision! Once you walk in the door you will be taken care of to the fullest! Thank you ladies!!

We had a lot of issues dealing with this builder during our process with buying our homes in the end things did work out. But they put the wrong front door on our home. We did mention this to Mike and Dariuz during our walk thru. And said it was backordered and it will be replaced. This was back in November 2023. We reached out to Dariuz in January and he said it would be done by the end of January. It still hasn’t been done. Myself and wife have reached out to Dariuz with no response . We heard from the construction workers next door that William Ryan is bankrupt. So I want to know if this is going to effect is getting our door and do we need legal counsel to get our door replaced. Because I feel like myself and my wife are getting the runaround.

We had no issues purchasing from William Ryan homes but when it comes to warranty, they are not responsive and hate to make replacements. We have been back and forth with them for the past year and half with no response regarding flooring issues. I will never purchase from William Ryan Homes again!!

They have always been hard to get a hold of and no one is ever consistent nor finish things they are supposed to. We were one of the first houses and I have seen it just go downhill quick. Never a consistent contact person and their online way of doing things is horrible.
