Loved working with Josh, he was so helpful and patient. We looked at what felt like a 100 houses, he never complained and just kept giving us more options. We were also looking when the market was crazy so houses flew out from under us all the time. He kept everything up to date and gave us new houses everyday. The house we ended up buying, he actually received the day it went on the market and got us an appointment the same day. If you are looking for a house I highly recommend Josh, you will not be disappointed.
