A few days ago, I got a letter in the mail with a stamp with my name on it. It seemed a little unusual since nobody writes letters anymore, or sends cards, except maybe at Christmas. Well It was a notice for homeowners insurance and stated she had just helped a neighbor of mine with their policy. I had also received another letter from my previous insurance company, and I saw an increase of $600 to my already high payment.
I then contacted Leah Hartfield with Allstate insurance who couldn’t have been nicer, more professional, and had the patience of a saint dealing with me. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with her answering questions as best I could. When we were finished, I was relieved and happy, that I picked up the phone and called her. So I want to give a shout out to Leah and just say keep up the great work, your professionalism was truly inspiring. Thank you
