I had the absolute BEST experience working with Nikki at MJ Integrity. She is knowledgeable, professional and an absolute joy to work with. Nikki went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and ensure I had all of the information I needed to make the right coverage choices for my needs. She was also stellar at communicating with my lender and confirming everything was all set before my closing. I would absolutely recommend working with this business, and I definitely plan to do so again in the future.

Once we got our home owners insurance, our rate was increased $568, after the initial qoute. We paid cash for it upfront. Tried to contact them, good luck. When he does get back to you, he says, "I'll make sure this gets handled." Then you hear nothing. Trying to get a hold of them is hardest thing in the world. Now 2 months after our last issue, we get a letter from the insurance company, saying they are going to drop us, if we don't show proof of no Tarp on our roof. We even got a licenced roofer to replace the patch on our roof, took pictures and submitted the certification for our roof. We sent all that information to him. Yet it seems nothing got done, sadly cant talk to the insurance company, they say talk to your agent. So it seems once he gets paid, you won't hear from him, unless you call like 10 times a day. We will not be using him for our future home insurance needs.

Edit: Yes after I posted this review, you acted quickly. Prior, we sent emails July 2nd, no response, re-emailed on July 11th, same thing. Wife emailed on 8/8/24, you replied you received and working on it. She sent another 8/15/24 about the underwritter calculator, and no response. Our only complaint is getting a an answer, and/or response. If we would get replies like you did today, there would be no issues.

I moved the rating from one star to 3 star, for today's response and work you put in today. If you want to call and discuss we are always open. I'm all about giving second chances, we are all human.

Never had an issue with this company, been with them for about 3 years with several vehicles. The receptionist, Paula, has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns i had. Being 25 years old, i did not know much about insurance or SR-22 which i require for now, and every time i call or had an issue, she was always there to help. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Awesome customer service and polite attitude compared to other companies I've dealt with.
