Ryan took over as my insurance agent, when my previous State Farm agent when I lived in Buffalo Grove, Rick Shimp, unexpectedly passed away. Heather and I have used his services for nearly 25 years, even though we have moved multiple times, in which he has expertly advised and managed all sorts of events, such as car accidents, multiple property damages, and life insurance services.

I still retain his services, even though I have moved to Hoffman Estates 20 years ago.

I highly recommend Ryan and his team for insurance services.

Ryan is wonderful and has been my families agent for many years, however I recently got business insurance with workman’s compensation and I am very disappointed with the lack of information given to me when I signed up. Now, just to cancel I’ll have to pay a fee! To avoid the fees, I’m keeping the insurance. Even though I don’t need workman’s compensation because my only employee stopped working in July and were sub contractors! It’s really annoying! So for automotive State Farm is wonderful but their business policy is terrible!
