Jesse Salinas was a joy to work with!! Treated me like a friend or family member even though I never met him before. It concerns me when his staff continues to say "I don't know where he is, so I will take a message and get it to him" It almost appears that he would prefer to lose their business when they have been loyal customers for many years.

He answered questions we did not know we had, and left feeling well informed on how our cars, home and family would we taken care of. His customer service also made the experience enjoyable.
