Never call the Round Lake location. Absolutely unprofessional rude and snotty workers! Called to make a payment on an existing policy, the worker “couldn’t find” the policy with the name of the person, the name of the company, or the phone number. Yelled at me that she couldn’t help, Hung up on me and ignored the call back. Called Waukegan location and the gentleman helped within 3 minutes. Don’t waist your time with round lake.they never send the policy cards, have terrible attitudes and ignore your call when you try to make a payment.

Unprofessional costumers service. Disrespectful. Definitely needs training in costume service or different job that does not require costumer service. Meijers down the street is hiring stockers overnight! In my opinion the ladies at that location should apply. The owner of the company very nice and professional.

There is a very very rude woman working here its obvious that the complaints under me are some people that dealt with her as well , I'm sure her name is Maria but I won't be sure until next time I visit, she is constantly acting rude and unprofessional, hostile , will Refuse to look up you're past information bc she doesn't like being told what to do . She without a doubt is looking for issues and only acts this way when her boss is not in the office. Wicked

Senthia working out of the Round Lake Beach location is the best Insurance agent that has ever helped me with my insurance policy. She’s very knowledgeable, informative, and she has very great customer service. She makes time to answer all your questions that you need answers. She’s even dedicated to stay later to make sure that you will have everything you will need to be insured. Senthia is bilingual as well. 10 out of 10 for going above and beyond. I highly recommend you ask for her. You will be 100 percent satisfied with her helping you. Everyone in her office are very friendly and they all have great customer service. My insurance agent Senthia is my number 1 pick 👍🏽👍🏽
