Worked with them on Vesper condo, good to work with during signing the contract. Started responding less as it got close to closing. They also recommended Service Tech who has been a disaster to work with. DO NOT trust their feedback! We trusted them on their recommendations and sunk our money with Service Technow ghosting us. Definitely worked with better sales teams in the past.

Will happily update my review if any of these folks help resolve my Service Tech issue.

Denise did reach out since this review and try to have Service Tech resolve this a few times with no avail, updating rating based on that.
