This is a great insurance agency. I was a long-term Allstate customer experiencing year-after-year premium increases. When I complained to my agent he apologized and suggested I check out Muir and I am so grateful for that recommendation. John Muir spent a lot of time with me to find the right home and auto policies and I literally saved thousands. Then, when my home policy experienced a small, unexpected increase, staffer Helen Muguire was extremely friendly and thorough in explaining what had happened (which was no fault of theirs). Bottom line, these guys are great. I highly recommend them.
