Hardly had to think about it. Pat is so knowledgeable about everything in the local market; comparable prices, other brokers and professionals, processes, etc. As a result, I knew I could trust her suggestions and negotiations, and I just had to follow the bouncing ball. I got my property quickly, smoothly, and at a price I'm satisfied with, and I hardly had yo do anything at all.

Let me start by saying that I don't have the words to properly explain how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Michelle Goldstein and the entire Lakes Realty team is and how incredible of a job she did selling my home. Michelle did back flips through hoops of fire for me, and truly made me feel like part of her family. She even brought me matzoh ball soup so I could have a home cooked meal during a rough time. I wish I could give her 100 stars. Next time I buy a house, I will 1000% go with Michelle and Lakes Realty.

Pat Smarto helped me prepare for the sale of a home held in a family trust over a period of three years. She helped assess repairs that would add value to the home and those that would not. When it can time to out the home on the market Pat again helped determine market timing and interior/exterior staging. These decisions helped us manage costs and maximize profit. The home photos and virtual staging were excellent. I highly recommend Pat and Lakes Realty Group.
